Warmth Like a Mother's Arms Shaped Around Own Infant Vulnerability
In a nightmare
I wake up next to an angel.
Wings as white as
Midsummer day clouds
Reaching all horizons,
Rendering us
Centre of all.
Face; that of pure
Unconditonal love.
Warmth like a mother's
Arms shaped around
Own infant
Vulnerability.
I cry out, then inhale
In comfort, opening my
Eyes to reality's relief;
It is
you
there,
After all.
