Your eyes are red,
I can tell it's gotten to you again
The weight of the world
The weight of her pain
The weight of your family

Spreading your arms
trying to take in as much as you can
The crippling words
The thundering cries
The heave of expectations

Your hands are shaking
it's hard to hold on to reality
Slipping in and out
Tripping over, falling under
Dragging around

Just hold on
I know it doesn't seem it'll be alright
But just
Hold on
