See the world from another view,
See the world from the roots.
Breathing life into a clear blue sky,
See the world from my eyes.
I smell the earth beneath me.
Inhale,
It’s now within me.
I am rooted,
Growing rapidly in the sunshine.
I am revived by drops of cool rain on my skin.
I soak them in,
Quenching this thirst for revival.
I have survived the droughts.
Now all that awaits is the bloom of these roots.
Dancing in the earth,
I am a wild flower.
