I live here in this land of sorrows
here the streets are filled with broken dreams
limping three legged dogs prowl the pavements
they have no want or care to lick their wounds

Come with me to the lake of despondency
watch the swans with broken necks
see them come to the waters edge
dragging their beaks on the ground, eating broken glass

Let me show you the playgrounds
see they are strewn with knives and guns
this is where our children play
under the blood red and scarlet sun

Do you like our new arena
this is were we make the humans run
killing machines against human ****
in the land of sorrows, we have the darkest of fun
