I'm finding myself
staring at an empty wall,
the dark eclipsing
all that is left
of my hopes
as I'm reminiscing
twenty-one
years of waste.
Remembering
that I have not
found my calling,
being someone
whom I do not want to be.
The question that keeps on taunting me is:
"Who am I destined to die as?"
