At the expense of others, we laugh at each other.
Be you black.
Be you white.
If you're truthful, we laugh at each others.

We can't just pin the blame upon the racist.
When they tell their off color jokes to another.
Be you gay.
Be you straight.
If you honest, you get laughed at.
And you like others laugh at each others.

Yes, we really do.
We laugh at things that's sensitive and insensitive.
And get defensive about certain comments.

And nothing is wrong with defending anything.
If that's how you feel?
We laugh at the president.
Just like we do ourselves.

I guess the only one that don't get laughed at often, is the first lady.
Then I could be wrong.
Cause many of them comes across strong.
While many of us claim the spouse is weak.

At the expense of others.
We laugh at each other.
And if anything we know.
Truth hurts.
That's why many of us hold back our comments.
