Poems
Dec 2010
remember
we can hardly remember what we never experienced
(can we?)
"love?
what's that?"
the question we cannot bear to face
for we were never really loved
----
we can pretend
and so we do
for we cannot bear to face
that we
were never loved
and are not loved now
-----
there can be no love without compassion
and we are not compassionate
for
we dont know who WE are!
---------
no-one is WHO they pretend to be
(this we all know)
it is something that we cannot bear to face
---
we can do only one thing
shall we do it?
shall you do it with me?
