In The Heat Of The Moment
When again we meet
my love, I will be a small child
and the scares that I do wear
are truly worthy of my love of you
My army is most mighty
and all in league to our destiny
I vow not to call to them
in the heat of the moment
Flags matter not to us
we look for the betterment
so tired of fighting wars
in the heat of the moment
So I come to you as a small child
trying to look mostly harmless
yet I know, you know who I am
still fighting in the heat of the moment
Why was I constructed for war
not just now but forevermore
this is my plight another fight
as I was built by you for war
