The jangling of shackles
those calloused feet
The disgruntled grunt
gnashing and grinding of teeth

In a distinct cell
comes an echo of shrieking voices
Seeking for liberation
Digging for truth

The hope of truce
of the soul
who wanted to be free

Justice from inequality!

This is quite deep but it means that the people you've hurt from the past won't find peace if you didn't treat them something fair or if you didn't apologize. Forgiveness is also the key to set things free.
It also speaks for the government. Treat your nation fairly and be responsible. Don't watch the citizens die and suffer from poverty and as a citizen, I scream for my rights so please... just lend me your ears. Spread love not war, remember?
