White **** touches my contrail
all the way to the toes
up and down my head
over above
a cotton underside
when I fly too high
my heart flutters the g-force wind
expectation blows
round a corner but all I see is a rock facade

on my back a weight to hold me down
social decay or what might have been
memory,
why?

do we fall farther the
higher we fly?
