Man-Eater
You took me to the movies
and bought me dinner
even though you knew all along
that I was a ***** little sinner.
You promised me the world,
but I'll settle for your homemade lasagna.
Nothing in this world can compare
to your miraculous lasagna.
You're a ninja in the kitchen
and no one's got a clue
how you can be so flawless
at everything you do.
You stole my heart
then stabbed my eyes.
I can't believe I fell for
every one of your lies.
You took off my head
so you could eat my brain.
Then you stripped and torched the rest
and ate most of my remains.
The wolves came and ate
what you did not
and when you left that place,
I wasn't even an afterthought.
As you search for your next victim,
you feel that familiar hunger.
Even after all those years,
still, you seem to be getting younger.
