Deceived

Her beautiful emerald eyes,

Shining like the Northern Lights,

Still enchant me today.

I recall her dazzling smile and

Serene voice with such vivid detail,

It's as if she's still here.

Her soft lips whispering something

Inaudible to my ears..

Then she changed forever!

Her eyes burnt scarlett

As a blaze erupted forth.

Her teeth and jaw elongated,

Mouth opened, stretching wide...

Her skin remained as flawless

As her Innocent voice.

She uses it as a lure for

Unsuspecting prey..like me.

And right then,

She swallowed me whole.
