I remember, when we use to play tackle football as a child.
No shoulders pads.
No knee pads.
And no helmets.

When concussions wasn't even thought of back then.
After all, we was kids.

So it's funny to see the professionals cry foul.
And they get paid.
Oh, how sports has changed?

Some know they had concussion in college.
And kept it quiet to make the pros.

Oh, I remember when we played injured too.
Didn't know about ACLS or anything like this?
We just was young out seeking fun.

Professionals sue for the slightest things.
Blame others for their injuries and pain.
I guess they forgotten about their universities pain.
When they didn't tell the doctors anything.

I remember when.
