To all the soldiers, who have fought and died?
Left spouses and children's behind to cry.
We salute you.

To those that feel the weight of the world upon their hearts.
Who might not get a medal?
Like those that received a Purple Heart.
We salute you.
Your dedication is respected with honor.

The one guarantee about any war.
Is not all will return from the battle.
Leaving some to receive a visit or a letter.
We salute you.

No specific war needs to be named.
For all wars share various things in common.
It's the friends you gain.
Those you lose.
Which leaves a drastic affect upon you.
Still, we salute you.

While one branch might think they better.
When its comes to wars they are bond together.
Unity and vision can't be divided.
For one mission is their final goal.

We salute you.
Salute you for your bravery.
Salute you for your time.
Salute those that serve honorably.
And to return hurt/lost of limb and blind.

God don't sign off on war.
But eventually leads you to peace.
We salute all men and women living and decease.

May the flag forever wave.
Upon the pole and upon many veterans grave.
To all warriors past and present.
We the American's people salute you.
