Close your eyes and hear the world
hear the birds whistling
the leaves rustling
your heart beating.
Close your eyes and see the world with your mind.

Turn off your alarm
call in sick
take a walk and take your time,
close your eyes and hear the world.
Fish swimming
birds flying
sheep eating
all happening while we're all sleeping.

When your ready open your eyes
see the world
see its beauty
see its variety
see its wonders you're yet to explore
