Kiss Me and Let Me Be Selfish
I look into your eyes,
Greeted by the struggle inside you mirrored in me,
Our stare conveying everything.
"I want to be selfish..."
"I do too."
"Can I do it for the both of us?"
"Don't worry, I'll do my part... For now."
I nod and smile sadly.
"For now."
Our lips meet the very next instant,
And gentle is not in our nature.
