didn't want to say
even though she knew
it was the only way
to get red of them
the voices in her head
telling her
she would never
ever
be able
again

he held it in
the urge to tell someone
what they were doing
what they were saying
thought he would be safe in his home
but gets in his room
and sees eggs
everywhere
then he begins to tell himself
that he would never
ever
be
again

but they both knew the rules
they had to hold it in
