Roses On Your Doorstep

I'll leave roses on your doorstep

Whenever you're feeling down

I'll take you anywhere you please

Cause baby you and I aren't bound

So let me be your prince

And I'll give you a crown

Save your time from looking

It's all right right here

And I know that it ain't easy

But I can show you which way to steer

Let me take you places unknown

Make memories that last forever

Turn days into weeks and months

And Since things can only get better and better

Maybe months can then turn into years

Then we can share our own piece of forever

Save your time from looking

It's all right here

And I know that it ain't easy

But I can show you which way to steer

You're way ahead of the playing field

And it drives me downright insane

But even though you make me crazy

I couldn't ever forget your name

And even though I disappear now and then

She knows I'll return just like the falling rain

Save your time from looking

It's all right here

And I know that it ain't easy

But I can show you which way to steer
