I let one drop in that was
all it took, it was a moment
of weakness I took the droplet
and it slipped.

Darkness it was like oil on
my skin, but never can I take
it back once it fell within.

The white of my soul, now
polluted from with in, not
as pure but not of darkness,
but time is the teller and
mistakes I made I was not
proud.

That which was a droplet did
grow like a vine, it climbed
upon my soul, blocking out
the light.

The anger grew so did all my
sins as my tears fell I knew I
had fell to far, as my tears once
pure like my soul now black
tears did stick to the floor like tar.

My soul vines of darkness, I am
know a corrupted soul, and all it
took was a moment of weakness
a droplet of darkness that twisted
and corrupted a once white soul,
now only darkness calls this place home..
