My heart feels cloudy

As rain streams out my eyes

The horrid screams blast through my ear drums, like a shock wave

My head is throbbing

The earth is crumbling below my feet

I’m slowly sinking in

The smoke is consuming my lungs

Crushing me from the inside out

Toxic air

The chemicals boil through my blood

I slowly disintegrate

Who am I?

I have let this rule for too long

Time to break free
