there was a racing pigeon he was very lost
he had lost direction when in the air was tossed
flying over france he had lost his view
which way he should go he didnt have a clue

he took a little rest at a small cafe
had a little break then back on his way
he flew across the channel and all across the sea
looking for his home where he ought to be

suddenly a crow who was passing bye
saw the little pigeon alone up in the sky
pigeon he told crow he couldnt find his way
how he had got lost on his racing day

dont worry said the crow you just follow me
i will take you home again where you ought to be
after quite some time crow he saw some land
down there just below him a pigeon loft did stand
pigeon he was happy home again once more
happy and content on his home;land shore
