The above picture is my rendition of MATISSE's famous painting
MOON OVER MANHATTAN
the tilting building at right is one of the twin towers collapsing

My love is gone
Shattered as babies fall
Broken as mothers weep
We
Are so tired of each other
Of the lies we tell
To bind our pain
To the demons and their songs
••
We walk
We on
The graveyard path below owls that screech
Forth our gone lover's name
We bare our heart to the vultures
Who wait
For us to die
And fall
••
What was her name ?
WHAT
WHAT WAS
! ! WHAT WAS HER NAME ! !
Was she ever really real at all ?
••
( something about FREEDOM -- that's all
All that I am
All that I remember )
•
There IS a poet I love
That is all I do recall
--
The night leans closer
******* and hands
Closer closer
Millions !
Loving bodies wrapped in poisoned dreams
Little kids !
Trapped in illuminati mind control !
••
****** really
(Only seventeen )
••
Prisoners of this police state
-
We
In the subtle graveyard
And the ole high school
Runnin thru the freight yard
Standing
Waiting
For the subway train
