You judge them
Based on their clothing
Their coping methods
If they have a lot of ***
If they don't get any at all
Their religion
Their sexuality
Their background
Their appearance
Their reputation

But what if
We looked inside their souls for a moment
And saw the broken pieces
That long to be mended?
We could start looking at them
And stop looking through them
What if
We saw their hearts
Instead of their facades?

I wish
We could stop criticizing people
Based on our own warped ideas of them
And start
Loving people for who they **are.
