"Dear Sarah,"

Just this little word.
that puts me in agony
complete agony

I completely ache for you.

"Dear Sarah,"

a formality.

But you don't know how it makes me
weak
to read these words
(over and over)

If I could only be so dear to you

as precious as
white marble
I'd be porcelain, I swear
I would be a whisper,
an exhale
a saccharine goddess

how I have been so carved by you

"Dear Sarah,"

nothing and everything
to me.
