Poems
Mar 2014
simple as a prison
::: ::: :::
doom doom
doom doom doom doom doom
doom doom
•
We come from a long line of cowards
Afraid to face OUR FATE
(doom)
afraid of LOSING FACE
•
Hey little child days are long and rotten things
If you will not enter
The SANCTUARY
doom doom doom
• •
Facing the goddess of the sphinx
Answer her question --- or DIE!
••
The ship has sunk !
Are you a human to be saved or just some flotsam on the waters?
DOOM!
•
The gods are angry!
The goddesses can hardly stand to see you in your vile servitude
•
Crying to BE LOVED when love is only there for you TO GIVE!
••
In this HOUR of SENSELESS RETREAT!
We are an UGLY PICTURE
crippled and weak
::: ::: :::
How can you not be --- ashamed?
You really should be --- ashamed!
••
In the end of the story
It is you who write the FINAL LINE
So
Make it one of GLORY
Make us glad to see you passing by
