Poems
Mar 2014
the title of this poem is Death
:////:
& as the Bold Magician plays
Games with pain and solitude
•
& as the child-that-you-are
Becomes as a mere-machine
Within a larger machine
•
IT IS SURELY NOT THE TIME FOR MERE RESTRAINT!
••
••
••
With a last gasp for air
The drowning boy
(Midst dreams of --- home)
Struggles for the shore
••
THEY HAVE STOLEN EVERYTHING
EVEN --- HUMAN DIGNITY!
•
( & so we ---- hurt ourselves ---- TO MAKE US FEEL GOOD! )
To make us feel --- anything at all !
• •
With a last desperate struggle
The young girl
(Midst dreams of --- home)
Lunges toward the shore
••
Ah children
You may paw and hold and **** and possess
But
YOU WILL NEVER CREATE CHILDREN CALLED
------ YOUR OWN ------
Ever ! ! ! !
• •
YOU HAVE NO HUMAN DIGNITY !!
•
NO
THIS IS NOT THE TIME FOR MERE RESTRAINT
•
It is better to die on your feet
Than to live in a corporate police state
••
& as the Bold Magician plays
Games of **** and take-away
