Be careful there my little tongue,
Lost forever are words once sprung.

Accept assistance from the mind.
It's so much easier you will find,
To deliver yourself with much regard,
Though at times I know it's very hard.
Careless words can make a foe of friend.
And cause you only heartache in the end.

So be careful there my little tongue,
Lost forever are words once sprung.
