you kissed me one evening
down by the old lake
when the sun was setting
and the water glistened

you kissed me one evening
and I felt my heart warm a little
with the idea of company
and anticipation

you kissed me one evening
and I haven't stopped day-dreaming since
my mind is filled with colours
my stomach with butterflies

you kissed me one evening
and I felt alive.

Do you think you could kiss me again?
