Wintertime Blues
Outside my window is a morbid view.
Outside my window is a morbid view.
I've got a case of the Wintertime blues.
Green leaves of summer are dead and brown.
Green leaves of summer are dead and brown.
Bitter winds of winter blow them all around.
Grey skies above me threaten icy rain.
Grey skies above me threaten icy rain.
If I had the money I'd take a southern train.
I drink a cup of coffee to warm my bones.
I drink a cup of coffee to warm my bones.
I'm waiting for Spring's call on my telephone.
The snow starts swirling in the bitter air.
The snow starts swirling in the bitter air.
I'm gonna stay right here in my angry chair.
