Susan said not to worry
yet her face was blackened
and dust still hung in the air
and we had lived through it

Rubble was everywhere
so I held her hand
kissed her cheek
and smiled with what teeth I had left

She pulled me to my feet
and she started to cry
a lump came to my throat
and bravely I swallowed

They hit us bad Susan
we have to hurt them back
picking on civilians
soab mother Fkers

So we rallied to the call of war
and bombed the *******
and become mother f
kers
liken to them
