Dec 2013
Tonight, tonight the lonely world sleeps
In my tattered heart a memory keeps
Every light, every star sparkling above
The faintest glimmers are hope for love
Upon the battered alter the ashes heap
Death is coming, ready is he to reap
Sometimes you don't know when you're done writing; this feels both finished, and incomplete.
