The snow blowing across this here land
is the work of mother nature's hand
even though some may not understand
she has power and a natural plan

even though the frozen ground is hard
it will not leave this earth scarred
she never leaves a single thing marred
because she is always on guard

she goes through this change every year
and there's no reason for us to fear
around the corner, change will be here
don't you worry, spring is near
