How beautiful this living orb
from here how silent you do look
blue with gentle swirls of puffy white
land masses of green and brown hues

Who would think that down there
life takes on it's endless struggles
the fragile fight for existence
yet from here, such a peaceful orb

It's orderly rotation hides the turmoil within
shows nothing of it's wild whipping winds
nor it's swelling seas or it's burning heart
not even the hassle and bustle of mortal cities

From out here you are a place of order
from here you look like a lovely home
that is only from here though
yes, such a pity it's only from here
