15h
Thousands of miles away from home
Alone with nothing but my phone
I reach for it as a crutch
Maybe this time will be different
Social lubricant for others around me to make me more digestible

Mother called
Have you come all this way just to look down?
Has your path ever come from looking at that device?
Has your screen shown you the true love you yearn for?

No my child, look up
My leafs learned to glide
My rivers learned to speak
My winds will guide your way
But only if you look up to see it all

Do not look down, but around
