Time and space are not my allies
as I slowly **** myself from within
letting go of the past
to let the future through

See my hands tremble
see my eyes always thinking
see the love I have
for the art of words

My sweet five year voyage
to undiscovered countries
has given me hope within
shown me the light within me

My faith rekindled
as my lord is with me
he tells me to follow him
to the gates of paradise

His smile you can always trust
so I smile back
hold out my hand
and follow him
