Carve beauty from the rising dawn,
Each moment glimmers, soon it is gone.
Do not await another's spark,
Your hands must light the coming dark.

The days rush swift like streams that sing,
And time is but a fragile wing.
Seek joy, for it will not delay
This world is yours; make it your day.
