I want to fly,
I want to fly in those valleys,
With some moments of happiness,
For a few moments.

But these people understand,
Why do they stop, why don't they let me fly?
Why are we still told, reminded,
That we are the honor of our home.

Wings can be clipped,
But the sky and hope are both there,
That is our love, our pride.

So we will fly, we will fly one day,
And this whole world will see,
They will applaud, and laugh a little with shame.

That day will be our victory,
We will win by ourselves.
This is all I want in life now,
No friends, no relatives,
Just self-respect.

I want to fly,
And I will fly one day,
Stop me if you can.
