Unfit to fit the general consensus
Pints with the lads, not living in past tenses
Baggy jeans and a T-Shirt of Joey Ramone
Setting my own path, in my own, made up tones
I'll swear, I'll speed, I won't take the stupid knee
As I don't care if you don't like it, as that is just me
Call me Marmite, call me jam, call me Lemon Curd
Being different is always a pleasure
A bit like being a nerd
Spiked dyed hair and a pair of DM's
I was never a part of the modern trend
Standing out like a sore thumb is nothing I fear
Kebab after work and a nice cool beer
I'm never gonna be part of the 'fit me in' herd
As I my friend will always be
A geezerbird
