I love you.
Do anything I can for you.
But don't confuse my love for friendship.
And don't confuse my friendship for love.

In a segment of my heart you'll always hold a special place.
One that can't be broken by others I come to commit to.

I adore you.
Go out of my way to prove it.
But don't confuse the things I do.
Don't do it.
Don't do it.?

We been through more than many truly know.
Have various secrets concerning one another that will never be told.
I guess in away I secretly care for you.

Way down deep you have this hold upon me.
A feeling I'm so afraid to ever release.
So hide behind this phase that I often say to you.
Don't confuse my friendship for love.

Then turn it around to seem like I'm double talking.
To not confuse my love for friendship.

But if you push me for the truth.
Then I will say, I don't know what I meant.
