on the very cusp of fall
she's given me a disco ball

since then it captures my gaze
as it reflects the sun its rays

and like the ornament does with light
she makes my life oh so bright

her mirrors fracture my soul
but when I look at her I feel whole

then she spins and I stop to speak at all
because her beauty is blinding me
like a disco ball
