my seashell
i have walked many shores
along ocean waters
searching for you,
my love
my eyes trained
for looking
feet wandering,
bare
a relentless
yearn,
a never ending
stare
.
until
one day
i noticed
you
gleaming,
in the sunny sea
an audible gasp
my heart skips
a beat
you brought me to my knees
into the sand
immediately
and
i picked you up
joyfully
now,
you are
mine
beautiful seashell
