Poems
Aug 7
I was
I was weary, so I slept
I was sad, so I wept
I was abused, so I used
I was dazed and so confused
I am angry, so I raged
I am old, so I have aged
I am wise, so I have learned
I am a fool where you're concerned
I tried to change, but I could not
I tried to focus, just one thought
I tried to find my way back home
I tried in vain, now I'm alone
I left noΒ Β mark upon the earth
I left no mention of my worth
I left no thing behind not rotten
I left, I died, I am forgotten
A five minute poem for the day
