Trying to succeed.
Trying to please.
Trying to excel but with you getting nowhere.

Trying to hold.
Trying to kiss.
Even at that I somehow failed.

Every effort I took to know you pushed you away.
Until I stated, I love you.
And then the chase became knowing about you.

Which I am determined to do.
I must after putting so much effort in chasing you.
