The neurologist spelt it out
in layman’s language for me.

He likened my cognitive
malfunction to plug/points.

The gap is too wide and the
spark is not getting across.

           Prognosis

There is no feeler gauge for
minds, so it’s the dunces hat.

Expulsion, rejection, addiction,
depression, expatriation, isolation.

Autistic, dyslexic, eccentric,
idiosyncratic, erratic, poetic!
