Who was it that said?

               <>
come in the evening
               or
come in the morning
come when you’re
looked for, or, come
  without warning
kisses & welcomes
  you will find here
before you and the
oftener you come
    the more we’ll
        adore you.

Oh immigrant how
well it is I know the
the plight of being
homeless amongst
hostile aliens, I’m 74
a no fixed abode’r
in my native land
where once there
   was a 100,000
       welcomes.
What a sham we
have become but
  the no trespass
    sign has been
removed@roslare.
