This is sent to test me
tomorrow is no rest day
I have to work
and work becomes my punishment
for a lifetime of enjoyment
and I'm locked into employment
until the day I die.

She says
and She says
be brave
but
I'm scared now
how will it turn out?

not last orders at the
Barley Mow
they barred me years ago.

those who've passed
look in on me
and
one of them laughs
at me,
that's ok
I miss them all anyway
even the comedians.
