Collective Nouns
I got to thinking that there
must surely be a far better
collective noun for words
other than the dictionary.
But for the starlings, I think
that a murmuration of words
would have been absolutely
perfect, it’s wasted on birds.
But I didn’t give up there, I
found an even better one, a
Pride of Lines, but Metro
Goldwyn Mayer beat me to it.
What about a M.A.N. of letters,
ideal don’t you think, Munich,
Augsburg, Nuremberg, so that
means a diesel truck load of them.
