There is a rainbow arc
rising and falling over
the skirting board.

The Milky Way can be
seen further up the wall,
a switch of Bakelite is Mars.

North facing in mildew
valley and no damp proof,
of course.

Double glazing adds to the
sporosity, it’s a hermetically
sealed fungal factory.

Mould as old as the hills of
blocked sunlight and wind that
shakes the barley never blows.
