Forgotten
is
To be ignored
stabs deeper
cuts more...

No recognition
No concern
No control
Less than Nothing

Father Time
took his toll…

Left behind
No one remembers

wrinkles and scattered
Grey…
A Man once
I might drop her
A joke
Youth laughs…

publicly humiliated
considered weak
stood up
& abandoned
the party is over
whiskey & wine
never dulls
the pain of
Being lost
Being ignored
Being Forgotten.
