It was a secret
I made a rocket
For safety sake
Kept it
in my pocket.

Going to fly it
To the sun
Sceptics are
Trying to
Spoil my fun.

Thinking of
Flying to the
Moon,
Unrealistic
Haven’t made
A big enough
Balloon.

My original
Plan was to
Surf the stars
But my
Biscuit tin
In trial run
Didn’t get
That far.

Thinking of
A master plan to
Travel the world
In a bake bean can
This little excursion
Never got
Of the ground
Me metal tin opener
Couldn’t be found.
